Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Van Schaik account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
